If one thing I learned, and became my “hobby”, is my passion for cooking and creating new recipes; this development was turned to “fit recipes” and this was in fact the result of a personal experience: 15 years ago my beloved twin sister was diagnosed for various intolerances to certain foods very common to her daily meals routine, which could hamper very routine, taking more work and chores in the kitchen.

But what don’t we do for love? Well, I do … and there I was creating and developing new dishes in this field; easy for preparing, not using much of our precious time; just requiring learn some points and have organization in the kitchen. In other words, I support those who have difficulty in creating easy dishes and teaching how to be organized at the kitchen, facilitating your routine meals preparation and lifestyle.

In other words, create and give recipes based on your own menu/diet prescription given by your own nutritionist / doctor, or even depending of a different demand like food intolerances (recipes without gluten, lactose etc).
